Well-equipped accommodation with thoughtful details such as a fan, hair dryer, and iron. Clear and informative communication from the owner throughout the stay.- Convenient location, with easy access to Southwold by car and a quiet surrounding.

Sofa bed was not comfortable and had noisy springs. Some areas of the lodge had limescale buildup, including the kitchen and wet room.

Our stay at Number 1 Lytton Tree Lodge was fantastic! The accommodation was beautifully presented with modern and clean décor. We appreciated the thoughtful details such as the provided torch, key hooks, and recycle bin. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. We also enjoyed having access to free view channels for our entertainment. The location was quiet and within a 20-minute walk to Southwold, and the owner was excellent with communication throughout our stay. Additionally, the small welcome pack of milk and biscuits was a nice touch.

The only drawbacks were that the sofa bed was not very comfortable and had noisy springs, and there was limescale in the kitchen and wet room. We also had to move the dining room table to seat three comfortably, and there was only one dessert spoon and a small frying pan.

The location of the lodge is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The double bed in the room is extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is well-maintained and the shower provides hot water with great pressure. Additionally, the lodge is equipped with thoughtful amenities such as a torch, key hooks, and a recycle bin.

It would have been more convenient if there was an oven available for longer self-catering stays.
